Our programs are funded through various grants and resources, and while we strive to assist as many individuals as possible, we cannot guarantee or warrant any services. Eligibility for assistance is determined through an application process, and support is contingent upon meeting qualification criteria and the availability of funding. Participation in our programs does not assure that services will be provided.
Workforce Development
- Career counseling and job placement services
- Vocational training and education for in-demand occupations in agriculture
- Adult literacy and basic education programs
- Job search support
Larry B. Sanchez Memorial Scholarship
- Award Amount up to $500.00
- Applicants can reside in Oregon or Klickitat/Yakima counties in WA.
- Write a short essay, complete the application form, and submit

Weatherization Program
- Home Energy Audit and Inspection
- Insulation, furnace, duct, water heater evaluation
- Diagnostic testing for air infiltration and heat loss
- Health and safety checks
- Energy bill reduction and home safety improvement
Energy Assistance Program
- Helps Low-Income Households with heating & electricity costs.
- Open to Homeowners & Renters.
- Priority Enrollment for elderly, families with children, and disabled members during the first month.
