NPN
is a Healthy Start of Oregon program.
New Parent Network (NPN) provides
information, resources and support to first-time parents: helping
to give each baby a healthy start.
Services:
Basic services are offered to all
first-time parents. Basic Services include:
 Welcome Baby
home visits.
Developmental
Screenings.
Parent-child
play groups.
Parenting
Support and information
Quarterly
Newsletter.
Service

Program Requirements:
Must
be First-time parents.
Must enter
the program prenatally or during the first 3 months after birth
of first child.
Participants
may remain in program until first child reaches 5 years of age.
This is a voluntary
program.
