Tenant Based Rental Assistance Program
(HOME TBA) Service Area: Malheur County. Target Populations/Eligibility: Low income households. OHDC utilizes the Section 8 Housing list in Malheur County to refer potential clients. Preference is given to clients referred from Oregon Housing Opportunities Program (OHOP), and farmworker households, otherwise individuals are enrolled on a first come, first serve basis once determined eligible.
