Farmworker Survey

We'd like your help in making Oregon a better place to work and live for farmworkers!  We're trying to to make sure farmworkers can get the services they need, and we need your help.  This survey asks a series of questions  regarding your ability to get needed services in Oregon.  Your response is important to improving services to farmworkers in Oregon.  All responses will be kept strictly confidential.
